With this form, you can initiate your registration for AICPM2023.

This is a three step process:

1. Please fill in your name, email and private address. If the invoice will be paid by your affiliated organisation, additional fields will be shown to fill in the address of the organisation for the invoice.
2. After clicking register, you will receive an email to confirm your registration request, please follow the instructions in the email.
3. Once the registration fee is paid, we are going to send you the registration conformation, which you should bring to the venue.
